Richfield, Ohio – July 19, 2017– National Interstate Insurance Company ("National Interstate") made the short list of nominees in two categories for Captive Review’s 2017 U.S. Captive Awards: Captive Management–Group Captives and New Captive Formation, a new award for 2017.
The New Captive Formation nomination recognizes National Interstate’s MEDIC® Captive Insurance Program, created in July 2015. In launching the MEDIC Program, National Interstate created an opportunity to offer best-in-class ambulance operators a unique insurance solution.
The nomination for Captive Management-Group Captives observes National Interstate’s 20+ year history as an industry-leading transportation insurer providing unique risk transfer programs and services.
