National Interstate Ranks #2 Among Large Companies in Northeast Ohio

National Interstate has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2023 honor by cleveland.com and The Plain Dealer for the 8th consecutive year. Moreover, National Interstate ranked #2 among large companies with over 500 employees in Northeast Ohio and received a Specialty Award for Direction, which recognizes a company whose employees invest more of themselves because they believe in the direction set by senior leadership.

The Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
